Accessible technology under the ADA, medication, and school. (Thursday)

In this 90-minute class, we'll focus on accessible technology under the ADA and its significance for students. We'll explore different ways to make technology accessible for students with disabilities, enabling their full participation in education. We'll also discuss the legal requirements for accessible technology and how schools can ensure compliance. Additionally, we'll cover the topic of medication administration at school for children with special needs. Parents will learn essential information to ensure their child's medication is safely and effectively administered in the school setting. By the end of the class, you'll have a better understanding of the benefits of accessible technology for students and how to promote inclusivity in your school. We aim to provide parents with the knowledge and tools to confidently entrust their child's medication to school staff. Join us to acquire the skills needed to be a strong and effective advocate for your child's education and well-being.
