Alternative Dispute Resolution, Grades, and Students with Disabilities. (Saturday)

In this 90-minute class, we'll cover alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and its benefits. ADR is a method of resolving conflicts outside of formal legal proceedings, such as a due process hearing. It can save time and money and involves a neutral third party who helps facilitate communication and find a mutually agreeable solution. Additionally, we'll discuss grades and students with disabilities. We'll explore how the grading system accommodates students with disabilities and provide information on available resources to support their academic success. Join us to learn about the different types of ADR and how to utilize them in educational disputes. Gain the skills needed to be a strong advocate for your child's education.
